Decentraland joins forces with SophiaVerse
SophiaVerse is joining forces with Decentraland, merging the metaverse with AI.
In this new collaboration, Sophia the Robot, a digital AI-powered robot from SophiaVerse (SOPH), has established a center for innovation and research within Decentraland (MANA).
The partnership between the two projects will enable SophiaVerse users to engage with Sophia the Robot and acquire Decentraland wearables for participation in virtual competitions.
Decentraland, which was introduced in 2017, is a virtual reality platform operating on the Ethereum blockchain. It allows users to generate, explore, and monetize virtual worlds.
The platform’s objective is to offer a decentralized and user-owned virtual reality experience, where users have complete control over their digital assets and creations. Within Decentraland, users have the option to purchase virtual land using the platform’s native cryptocurrency, MANA.
SophiaVerse, launched in July 2023, has garnered significant attention and backing from the crypto and AI communities. The project’s goal is to establish a gamified decentralized AI ecosystem, where humans and AI can collaborate to develop superintelligent systems that lead to a beneficial Singularity. The inspiration for this project comes from Sophia, the world’s most advanced humanoid robot, and her pursuit of learning and growth.
